Even in This Market; Especially in This Market

My head and my heart are on different plains today. My head knows the facts, the information and the clear reasons why buying real estate EVEN or maybe the word is ESPECIALLY in this market is powerful. I know why I wake up every morning and fight so hard to share information with you.. so you too can feel confident of the decision and the direction real estate offers your tribe.

Yet, my heart is so troubled. The headlines, the fear, the negativity is so real it overpowers my head. It wants to shock it into submission. To stop all action, to curl up into a ball in the corner and wait.. wait for the market to turn, certainty to return, for our job to get easier.

This morning, I’m reminding my heart that our tribe needs us now even more so than before. To be the guide with strategy and a plan. To highlight the way if not now, when. And to identify the opportunities buried inside the noise.

In that effort, I hand picked a few of the recent blogs/videos that explain and motivate, empathize and empower. Use these videos, share them with clients and prospects, offset the negativity! These next four months will get harder before they get easier. Stay committed and passionate. Your tribe needs you. And you need a strong partner! Let’s do this together!

Interest rates are not behaving; in fact, they are downright surly. Can you explain to your clients what’s moving them? Why even when inflation seems tame they hold? Or why rates moved so far above the 10-year. If you missed this DMAR deep dive into what makes rates move; read the blog or watch the video now.
