What’s the Cost of Buying a Home (For My Child)?

In our Back to School Series, we are talking about how to help your kiddo buy their own home.  In this video, we explored the closing costs associated with purchasing a home.  These costs are the same as any traditional loan and we explain those in the video.  However, we want to note that there are down payment assistance options as well as lender options to pay for some, or all, of these costs.  Don’t let this stop you from buying a home for your kids, but instead help you plan ahead for multi-generational wealth.
